Hi! My name is Kate Kotlyar, and I’ve always enjoyed telling stories through creative mediums.

I’m a rising senior at Boston University, majoring in public relations. For the Fall 2024 and Spring 2024 semesters, I served as Photo Co-Editor of BU’s independent student newspaper, The Daily Free Press, and continue to take photos for it as a staff photographer. I also shoot concerts and live music events for local musicians, organizations, and BU’s radio station, WTBU.

Last spring, I was abroad in Dublin, and I interned at The Grand Social, a local music venue, as a digital marketing intern.
