Hi! My name is Kate Kotlyar, and I’ve always enjoyed telling stories through creative mediums.

I’m a senior at Boston University, majoring in public relations. I’m currently a Marketing Intern at The Syndicate. I also shoot concerts and live music events for local musicians, organizations, and BU’s radio station, WTBU, where I serve as the promotions team’s PR Coordinator.

I was previously a Digital Media Intern at The Grand Social, a music venue in Dublin, Ireland. For the Fall 2024 and Spring 2024 semesters, I served as Photo Co-Editor of BU’s independent student newspaper, The Daily Free Press, and continue to take photos for it as a staff photographer.
